As seen from the video, traffic lights were green for the Kia Cee'd driver rushing at full speed. However, according to the rules, the driver should have been slowing down and yielding to an armored column headed by a military traffic inspection vehicle — a UAZ with flashing warning lights and a siren.
According to witnesses, no one was injured in the accident, but the Kia suffered serious damage: a broken windshield and a dented trunk. The police are now establishing all the circumstances surrounding the accident.
